Admission Procedure
Admission forms are available and obtainable at our administrative office or can be DOWNLOADED on this website.
The completed form must be returned with a recent passport photograph for the child and parents/guardian, a copy of the child’s birth certificate and copy of the receipt of payment for the form.
We are open Mondays – Fridays 07:00am – 06:00pm
